Membership Terms & Condition:

·         Membership is non-transferable.

·         1 Tan is lost if an appointment is missed or cancelled without a 24-hour notice. Please respect our cancellation policy.

·         Monthly payment to ensure you are an active member is an automatic payment via your credit card on the first day your membership                  begins. (sorry, we cannot do automatic bank account withdrawals at this time)

·         Not valid with any other offers. Membership benefits cannot be stacked with other promotions or discounts unless specified.

·         Tan appointments booked are subject to our in-spa business hours and airbrush artist availability, we recommend booking well in                         advance. 

·         Your membership status must be active to redeem any membership services.

·         We require 30 days notice for any membership cancellations. Cancellations are effective 30 days after the date received and payments              due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled. All remaining services booked while in the 30-day period will still be                          available for membership pricing.

·         If cancelling, we cannot guarantee that our Membership will be available at this price OR that a membership space will be available for                you again. We have a limited number of exclusive memberships. If you want back on, you may need to be added to our waitlist & the                    current membership price may be higher.

·         In the event of a credit card decline, you have 15 days to replace payment.
